SRA Inc. provides drone video of roof projects in-progress, IR roof scans, existing roof conditions, and facade evaluates.
Drone Infrared evaluation.
The SRA infrared scan uses the DJI Matrice 30T and Imaging System camera, which operates using a Focal Plane Array (uncooled microbolometer).
Overview of the 20 plus year-old EPDM roof system.
The existing 22-year-old EPDM roof system was scanned with a drone, and the scan did not identify any wet insulation. The roof system is dry. Because the roof is dry, the owner can avoid the cost of a total roof removal and replacement.
