Deck Replacement
Remove the deteriorated LWC deck: Safely dismantle the existing lightweight concrete deck, ensuring all debris is cleared to expose the underlying structure. Inspect the supporting structure: Confirm the integrity of the steel framing and joists. Any signs of corrosion or structural issues should be addressed before proceeding. Install galvanized steel decking (20 gauge): Secure the decking in accordance with FM Global standards, ensuring proper fastening methods such as welds, screws, or mechanical attachments as required. Confirm compliance with FM 1-75. Verify wind uplift resistance and fastening patterns to align with FM specifications, ensuring durability against environmental stressors.

Attached in-seam 60 mil TPO membrane system. Adding 1.8" Polyisocyanurate board insulation to meet local code requirements. 20-year manufacturer's system warranty. Interior dust protecting installed at sensitive areas to help prevent inventory damage.
